My husband and I moved our three small children from Pennsylvania to Emerald Isle in 1988. There were only 800 permanent residents, and homes on the ocean side could be purchased for under $100,000!  Emerald Isle has blossomed since then!  

I joined Bluewater in 1989, and have really enjoyed working with and helping so many great Buyers and Sellers over the last 28+ years.

In 2016 I was moved to the Broker-In-Charge position in the Emerald Isle office and I manage over 20 super, knowledgeable, and professional agents, who I love working with.

The owners of Bluewater, Woody Warren and Sherrell Futral, are constantly striving to give us the best tools and atmosphere to work in, which has kept us on top of the sales and rental markets in this area for years.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, which has grown to 7 grandchildren so far, playing tennis, church activities, and learning sign language.  Boating and water activities have also been fun over the years.

Prior to moving here, I was a PE teacher, and a swim coach at a Division 2 University in Pennsylvania, and have been inducted into 3 different Hall of Fames for my swimming career there.
