I am truly BLOWN AWAY by the excellent service we have already received in our first week staying at a Bluewater-managed property (Pebble Beach, Emerald Isle, NC) in December 2020. We have gotten terrific service from everyone we have been in contact with, including Joyanna Gratton in Rental Sales, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and front desk staff at the Rental office. Bluewater is doing a really excellent job. It is a real and rare pleasure to receive such great service all around.

We filled out the check-in checklist provided in the unit to notify Bluewater of things needing attention, including a dishwasher repair, and turned it in on Friday. On Saturday afternoon we also discovered we needed a washing machine repair. By Sunday afternoon, every item on the list was taken care of, in detail, even the “little things” on our crazy-long list.
Kudos to Donnie in Maintenance for fixing a washing machine and dishwasher that both seemed unfixable (saving the owner from having to buy 2 new appliances, and me from making do without them until they could be replaced), and for fixing everything on our list. The repaired washer and dishwasher are now working great and we feel so grateful. What a BLESSING y’all are, thank you!
