Play tennis or grill-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.


Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the outdoor pool. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!


Pebble Beach F-103 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Condo.


Amenities Include: 2 Smart TVs, Highspeed Wireless Internet, Roku, and Screened Porch. The kitchen has an Oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, refrigerator, Griddle, and Toaster Oven. Central Heat & Air and Interior Washer/Dryer in.


Linens and towels are not provided but can be added to your stay for an additional fee. Please reach out to your Bluewater Vacation Planner to confirm optional linen pricing.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.
