God's Gift Oceanview is a bright and light 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Duplex at ground level, located on a high lot with ocean views. No steps necessary. Located in a quiet area of Emerald Isle without high rises and condos. Newly constructed back in 2017, make yourself at home with ample parking for everyone and a storage shed for your fishing gear, bikes and beach toys. Located near two beach accesses (one with wooden ramp for beach carts), in a quiet spot of Emerald Isle, you will be sure to experience the real beach life. Top Levels: Not Included.
Please Note: No Smoking or Vaping in the house OR on the property. House CANNOT accomodate electric vehicles.
Level One: Bedroom #1 has a king bed and 40" Flat Screen Smart TV. Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combination. The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with 60" Smart TV with Premium Cable Channels for to watch your favorite shows and movies. There is also a work station located in the living room.

This house was the perfect size for 5 adults and 2 dogs. We loved: the layout, that it has 2 covered decks, plenty of outside seating options (we sat outside almost all the time), great kitchen with all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast and dinner everyday. It's close to 2 beach access points which is very convenient. We also met the owners who were very helpful and personable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at God's Gift. The house was clean, the elevator was super convenient for unloading/loading, and the layout was perfect. This is not an oceanfront house but it sure felt like it. Every room in the house has an ocean view and we loved the panoramic view from the top floor where the kitchen/living/dining area are located. Owners Jim and Mary are wonderful people and have truly thought of everything. If you are looking for a pet friendly accommodation look no further! We feel blessed to have found this property and will cherish the memories made with our family.

This is a recently built, modern home with very nice decor and furnishings - we loved staying here. The elevator was great for moving in/out and taking the dog out. The layout is open and all the rooms are bright from outside light - the views from inside (every room) and from the balconies are fantastic. The owners are super nice and gave us a helpful, welcoming tour of the home. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is a true gift from god. It has a great ocean view, it sits so high up that it feels more like oceanfront. The elevator is very handy for luggage as well as grocery trips. We loved the layout, and the decor absolutely made us feel right at home the entire week. I have been staying on Emerald Isle for 15 years now and this house rates right at the top of all the places I have stayed. If you love to cook it has everything you would ever need and the gas stove is a plus. The bathrooms are spacious and the kids loved getting cleaned up in the outside showers. Gods Gift Up gets a Ten out of Ten from our Family.

This house was convenient to two beach access points. It has multiple hoses located around the first floor to hose off sand before going inside. It has a great outdoor shower with towel hooks and a separate bench area to lay dry clothes out. There were two full ocean facing decks with rockers, tables, chairs, loungers and clothes lines on the second level deck. The second floor was all bedrooms, and bathrooms and the third floor common space area- kitchen, dining living- a very open floor plan. The hosts Jim and Mary were home when we arrived and they very kindly gave us a tour of the property and showed us the steps for using the elevator. They have two dogs themselves and understand how hard it can be to find accommodations that accept pets. They gave us their number so if we had any questions we could reach out to them directly. They were great hosts, even inviting us to join them in grilling out one evening! We had them up on another rainy evening for a spaghetti dinner! We enjoyed visiting with them very much! We compared notes about all the places to visit and dine at on the island. We can't wait to return! I cannot give enough stars for the rating! Everything was superior!
