We review your rate structure each year and make recommendations based on current travel trends and market conditions. At our weekly Reservations and Marketing Meet-ups, we track reservation patterns and forecast booking trends. As a result, we set strategic plans to maximize bookings and most importantly, increase rental revenue for each of our owners.

Within our goal of maximizing your rental income, we have expanded reservation hours with a 24/7 reservation call center. In addition to our call center, we highly utilize and excel in our enhanced lead management software that tracks phone and email leads to ensure a reservation. Our highly trained vacation specialists provide assistance for guests through each step of the booking process. The agents’ expertise offers detailed insights about your home, activities in the area, local knowledge, and making the guest feel like a part of our Bluewater family. We strive to make each and every vacationer a Bluewater guest for life.
In collaboration with our marketing department, we develop creative ideas in order to fill last-minute vacancies. During the off-season, we offer a monthly rental program for guests that are looking for a longer stay to obtain additional revenue in the shoulder months. Above all, our property managers are on duty every day providing support to answer any questions, make suggestions, or address concerns you may have.

Weekly Reservations + Marketing meetings
Our in-house Marketing team meets weekly with our in-house Reservations team so that we stay well informed on the calling trends, what guests are asking for, what properties are they shopping for, and what particular questions they have about your property. From those weekly meetings, our Marketing team cultivates very specific marketing campaigns, targeting your shopping guests to convert them into your booked guests. Some of these strategic marketing efforts are distributed within hours of our afternoon meetings! You can not find that collaboration with a big-name OTA.
Weekly Property Management + Marketing meetings
In addition to these weekly reservation meetings, our in-house Marketing team meets weekly with our Bluewater Property Management team on specific homeowners and their vacation rental property. We discuss which marketing is specifically working for a particular rental property, that has boosted their rentals and engage their repeat guests.
