Guest Relations Specialist

A guest relations specialist is a customer service-oriented employee who essentially works with guests to ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay with our company. They should be highly professional-dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision. They should pay high attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and stay organized, have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, have the ability to work quickly under pressure, and have great communication skills and experience working on a team.
  • Communicate with guests in-person or via phone or email.
  • Keep a log of guest complaints and resolutions.
  • Follow-up to ensure that each complaint has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction in compliance with the company policies.
