Bluewater is seeking an ambitious, highly self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented individual with exceptional communication skills that works well individually and in a team environment. Being a multi-tasker is a necessity because in just one day your job title could be graphic designer, project manager, email marketer, Excel mastermind, Photoshop whiz, data entry clerk, homeowner support operator, vacation guest relations representative, public relations coordinator, data analyst, video editor, website developer, IT (because everyone knows marketing has a grab bag of smarties that can find a way to fix almost anything), Facebook Live anchor, Photographer assistant, promotions and contest coordinator, copywriter, sales associate, vacation planner, lead acquisition enthusiast, blogger and occasionally a hurricane reporter.
If you have a positive attitude, a creative mind, think unconventionally, and are goal oriented – you will fit perfectly with our Marketing team. Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, creative and content writing are essential and a grasp of Adobe Suite, SEO and Google Analytics will set you apart. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment, can manage being involved in multiple initiatives and enjoys working with people i.e. our homeowners, vacation guest and entire Bluewater Vacation Rentals team. Icing on the cake – you literally market beach vacations in an office located 2 blocks from the beach.
