Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician | Full Time with Benefits
We are a family-owned property management company serving vacation rental properties along the Crystal Coast. Our property inventory ranges from a one-bedroom condo to 12 bedrooms oceanfront home. We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our high-paced vacation rental company. Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle. Weekends required. Duties & Responsibilities: Completion of daily work orders reported by vacation rental guests, long-term tenants, and property owners. Work orders consist of, but are not limited to:
• Drywall repair & finishing
• General carpentry
• General property maintenance, changing air filters, light bulbs, etc.
• Installing portable air conditioning units as needed for temporary cooling
• Assisting guests in moving luggage in and out as needed
• Assist guests with TV operations
• Work well without supervision
• Work well in a team structure in a fast-paced environment
• Weekends required
• Personal Hand Tools
• Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong customer service skills
• High school diploma
• Reliable truck, van, or SUV with the ability to transport materials and minimum 4ft ladder
• Ability to work well on computers and electronic devices
• Ability to carry 50lbs regularly
Vacation Rental Front Desk Agent | Full Time with Benefits
We are looking for a Front Desk agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. They should pay high attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and stay organized, have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, have the ability to work quickly under pressure, and have great communication skills
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Ensure the check-in and check-out process goes as smoothly as possible.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Communicate effectively with other departments and team members.
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
Job Type: Full-time, weekends required.
