The oceanfront oasis is part of our Emerald Cottage collection; a boutique collection of properties with timeless features, unique character and amenities that provide the perfect place for you to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your party. Don't forget your four-legged friend on vacation - this home is also pet friendly!


Level 1: The fully covered and furnished decks provide an opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of the Crystal Coast at every turn! The open concept kitchen leading into the living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or conversiving while a meal is prepared. Not to mention the ocean views are impeccable from every angle in the house! This updated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an ice maker, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, slow cooker, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, waffle maker, ice cream maker and a blender. Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with TV and a shared bath to the hall.


Level 2: Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV and a shared bathroom with Bedroom #3 that includes a queen bed and deck access. Bedroom #4 includes a queen bed with a private bath, a TV and deck access.


Level 3: Provides endless entertainment with a game room that includes a dart board and foosball table!

This was an incredibly clean and well-kept home, especially considering it was dog friendly. Everything was well labeled (we really appreciated that!) and we lacked for absolutely nothing. The 1st floor suite was perfect with step in shower for my 79 year old mother in law and the 2nd floor master with ocean facing deck was wonderful. 4 of us ended up needing to work some while there and space available and internet was outstanding. Our 4 late 20 something’s enjoyed nightly football tournaments helping to prove how soundproof the rooms are from floor to floor. Beach access was super easy and clean. Gated deck was terrific for our 2 dogs to enjoy hanging out with us as we enjoyed reading and stargazing from the 1st floor deck. The view over the dunes and sea oats to the beach was just perfect from first floor deck and even better from 2nd and 3rd floor decks. The sea oats and sand at the beach made the most incredible golden hour photos our family has ever taken. Also, the dining table is perfect for 8 people for dining as well as playing games late into the evening. Other than catching live daily Tour de France coverage, we did not utilize all the fancy tv options - but just watching the extended coverage was pretty awesome! We will definitely hope to return to this same home if it is available - loved Sunday to Sunday!!!

It was ocean front with lots of deck furniture to let us comfortably enjoy the view. It also had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Couches and beds were comfortable. Dining table had plenty of room for all of us to sit down together.
