Edgewater Cottage is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home nestled in the heart of Swansboro. From its convenient location, you can walk on down to Historic Downtown Swansboro, which boasts many local stores, restaurants, and bars! Single-level living makes this home the perfect accessible spot!
Total bedding includes 1 Double and 2 Twins.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to make plenty of snacks and home-cooked meals for your friends and family! You will find a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, an attached ice maker, and a microwave.
Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! There are also one flat-panel TV and Roku access for your viewing and streaming pleasure. There is a washing machine available - there is no dryer but a retractable clothing line is available for drying!
Enjoy access to an outdoor deck with deck furniture for the perfect retreats for sipping your morning coffee or reading a good book with your furry friend (35 lbs or below)! There are also picnic tables to enjoy your family meals outdoors!

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals allowed with a 2-night minimum (last minute and off-season only).
