I don’t do reviews, but decided to make an exception after our family stayed at this extraordinarily beautiful beach home in 2024. The landscaping, the layout and the decor were to the moon. It was so large and carefully tailored to all of our needs that we were never crowded or on top of each other. The owners thought of any and all attention to detail. The bedding was luxurious and the kitchens totally equipped. The beach was not at all crowded and the heated pool and outdoor lounge areas superb. We all can’t wait for our next stay there! You won’t find better anywhere!!!! So grateful to have found this gem!!!!

Our whole experience was a chef's kiss! Best design and equipped house ever. Salt & Light feels like a wonderful beach cottage yet it's large and spacious, and boy what a view! Service from Bluewater was exemplary. Trust me, book this one! Your family will be enchanted all week.

Salt and Light was absolutely amazing!! We were in the area for a family wedding and wanted to accommodate several family groups in one location. This was the perfect spot! Just beautiful views and comfortable and gorgeous home!!

We had an incredible stay at Salt & Light beachfront property! Traveling from California, we were thrilled to find the beach right at our doorstep, which made for an amazing experience. My husband, an avid surfer, was able to catch waves every single day—a huge bonus for him!

The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large family, giving everyone room to relax and unwind. The beach views were absolutely stunning, and having direct beach access made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime.

The amenities truly made our stay. The pool and hot tub were spotless, providing hours of fun and relaxation for both the adults and kids. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.

The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—just what we needed for a getaway. Our experience was so enjoyable that we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended for families looking for a beautiful and comfortable beach escape!

I’m happy to share that it was an absolutely amazing experience! The property is newly renovated, and it’s clear that the owners take great care to maintain it. Every amenity was in perfect condition, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The location is unbeatable—central to a variety of restaurants and shops, while still offering the serenity of being right on the water. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the breathtaking views was a highlight of our trip. The private pool was a fantastic bonus! 

What really sets this property apart is its ability to comfortably accommodate a large group. Our large family had plenty of space, and there was no shortage of activities to keep everyone entertained. From the theater room to mini-golf, corn hole, and a pool table, there was something for everyone. The outdoor space and stunning views were just the cherry on top.

Salt & Light is truly a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return.

We chose Salt & Light for our multi family vacation. We stayed for a week in October and the weather was ideal with the temperatures in the mid to high 70’s during the day. There are so many amazing features of this home, here are my highlights:

Indoor Space - There were 9 rooms with 9 full & 2 ½ baths. With our large group it was roomy, and all had plenty of space which was needed. Also, we loved that there were many well designed areas throughout the home to have intimate conversations.

Chef Kitchen- There was an ice maker, wine fridge, 2 dishwashers, 2 trash receptacles, a large refrigerator and huge island in the main kitchen which made our family meals effortless. So many places to sit which accommodated our kids, teens and adults.

Things to do- Our group had a range of ages from 1 year into their 80’s. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed ping pong, pool, video gaming, golfing on the putting green, and movies in the theater room.

Outdoor Space- Relaxing under the shaded tree on a lounger by the pool was a group favorite. The pool was relaxing and spending time in the Jacuzzi was a must. Our absolute favorite was sitting by the fire pit at night, listening to music and creating lasting memories.

Overall, our stay at Salt & Light was what we had hoped for. The home is ocean front, the views are amazing, and we saw dolphins several times during our stay.  It is the ideal place for a family reunion or getaway with friends, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I cannot say enough about this place! It's ALL here. Every detail has been considered: serene and immaculate interiors, spacious areas for gathering, very comfortable furniture, gracious porches, pool table, arcade games, movie theater, two kitchens, grill, swimming pool and putting green, and the most gorgeous view of the ocean day and night! It truly feels like a slice of paradise!

We stayed at Salt & Light in May and it was plenty spacious for the large group we had.  A brand new house with all the things you would want in a vacation beach home.  Great views, a private pool, multiple gathering spaces, entertainment, plenty of bedrooms.  We can’t wait to go back!

I recently stayed at the brand new Salt & Light beach house.  It was absolutely amazing!  

We loved lounging by the private pool and using the putting green. Being oceanfront, the views are stunning, and the covered porches provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

The inside was incredible. The movie theater room was a big hit for movie nights, and the recreation room with a pool table and arcade kept everyone entertained.  Plus, there was plenty of space for large groups of people and parking for multiple cars, which was super convenient.

Salt & Light is the perfect mix of luxury and fun. We can't wait to go back!

Salt and Light is a gorgeous home and we had a wonderful stay in Indian Beach. Everyone at Bluewater Realty was helpful and professional and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely rent from them again.
