Ground level spacious conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.


Summer Winds B-331 is an Direct Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a 52 inch Smart TV with cable streaming app and access to other apps, DVD player, electronic fireplace with heater, original artwork & covered deck with furniture. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed with 42 inch Smart TV with cable streaming app and access to ther apps, DVD player and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a 36 inch Smart TV with cable streaming app and access to other apps with Roku Express Plus, and DVD Player. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bunk Set & Twin Bed and 25 inch Smart TV with cable streaming app and access to other apps with Roku Express Plus and DVD player. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.


Linens & Towels Provided (Weekly Stays Only).


No Smoking. No Pets.


Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Loved the condo! Beautiful views! Comfortable furniture! It had all the dishes and pots and pans we needed. Loved how quiet it was in the evenings. No noise in halls or above us. Pools were so clean! Staff and security were very nice. Parking was so easy. I give this one 5 plus stars. Everything was just wonderful!! We have stayed in several places on the island and in this complex but this year was the best!

The views were outstanding, and the spacious corner balcony was very relaxing. The beach access was so convenient because it is literally steps away from the condo. This condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We've been staying at Summer Winds for five years now and we thoroughly enjoy the variety of things to do on the property: the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, beach, and arcade. We really like the option of getting food from the onsite grill/restaurant!

Summer Winds 331 is the best of the many Summer Winds condos enjoyed by my family. The beds and furniture are new and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There were extras such as nice bath mats and cleaning supplies. The layout of the condo enhances family enjoyment such as cooking together and you even can see the ocean as you cook or play games. I love this condo!

Unit is in a very good location on the property for beach and pool access. Views of the ocean from inside and from the balcony were great. New kitchen appliances a plus. We would return to this unit another year.There's a great sandbar on the beach right here which was ideal for little kids.
