Small Storage Area with refrigerator. Level One: Living with 42" Flat Screen TV, has oceanview deck. Dining Area. Homeowner has done a fantastic job making the property idiot proof. Their beach chairs were a huge bonus. I love the mini garage that this unit provides. If I could change 1 thing it would be the addition of patio furniture on the bottom level. However, this would not keep me from renting again! It was lovely.
