Sound of the Sea East 107 offers breathtaking views and is just a stone's throw away from the beach access. This townhouse features three-level living with breathtaking views. Enjoy freshly made meals in the beautiful, fully equipped, modern kitchen. Easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores,water park, mini golf, and unique shops. Wireless high speed Internet, 4 TVs w/cable and/or Rokus (streaming and cable), dishwasher, washer/dryer.


Ground Level: Queen bedroom with private patio access to the beach. Shared full bath with walk in shower. Bedroom #2, Twin bunk bed, TV, sofa and loveseat. Laundry area.


Level One: Living area with flat screen TV and large sectional to enjoy family movies. Dining area that seats six. Open kitchen will have virtually everything you need and seating for three at the bar. Half bath.


Level 2: Bedroom 3: King bed with TV, private deck and ocean views. Shared full bath with walk in shower. Bedroom #4: Queen and Twin over Full bunk bed and TV. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening drinks from the balconies with outdoor furniture. Gated Community. Central heat & air.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle and we loved the Sound of the Sea East 107. We had a beautiful oceanfront view and easy beach access. This townhouse was gorgeous. The owners decorated the townhouse beautifully. it was cozy and I loved the beach decor. The location is perfect. Everything such as grocery stores, restaurants and shops are within a five minute drive. The area is also walkable. This townhouse is amazing and I highly recommend it.
We are so thrilled that you enjoyed your stay at Sound of the Sea East 107 and we hope to have you return and stay with us in the future!

This was the best place we have stayed in EI! Very clean! The owners really thought of must have immediate things available to renters. There was a roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. With us having a large family, this made my day not scrambling to find the toilet paper after traveling all day. It's very clean.
