Shell Cottage is a 4-Bedroom 2-Bath Almost Oceanfront Home located in beautiful Emerald Isle. Expansive ocean views, only steps to the beach. Soothing sea-glass color scheme invites total relaxation. Melt your cares away in the 6 person hot tub under the stars or savor the ocean breezes in a rockers on the wrap-around deck. Let the unwinding begin at Shell Cottage. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided!


Ground Level: Concrete driveway underneath house for boat parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.


Level One: Oceanfront Living Area has Deck Access & a 50" HD Flat Panel Roku Equipped Television with DVR Recording, DVD Player, Netflix, HBO, STARZ and Showtime. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and a 32" HD Smart TV with DVR Recording, DVD Player, Netflix, HBO, STARZ and Showtime. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has a twin over double bunk set and 24" HD TV with DVR Recording, HBO, and STARZ.


Amenities include: 3 HD Flat Screen TVs (including a 50" HD Flat Panel Smart Television) Each TV includes DVR recording capabilities and various streaming services such as Starz, HBO, Showtime, and Netflix. 2 BluRay DVD Players, Book Library, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, baby gates, an Open Deck with Furniture, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Central Heat & Air, Ceiling Fans throughout, and Ample Parking. A gas grill is available for guest use.

We loved the clean well decorated and well supplied cozy home. Location was awesome! We also rented bikes for a great price which was also nice. The bike and walking path was a great way to get around.

The house was very clean and had great accommodations to help make us comfortable throughout the week. We have been renting a beach house with our family for about the last 15 years or so. This house is by far our favorite. Location is wonderful. Hot tub is awesome. The furniture is very nice and good quality. Love all the glass tabletops. We love that it is pet friendly. We have two dogs and we are unable to put one of them in the kennel. We plan on coming back to this house again next year😊

This property is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We have been coming to Emerald Isle since 1994, and have stayed in many homes on the island. The was the first time an owner took the time to call and personally welcome us, and it meant a lot. I would highly recommend Shell Cottage!
