Kitchen area is fully equipped and has a Oven, Refrigerator with attached icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Plus High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected while you vacation along with a washer and dryer within the unit!


Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins.


Additional Amenities Include: 3 Flat Panel TVS with Chromecast, Covered Decks, Hardwood Floors, and Ceiling Fans.

We recently stayed at Sea Spray 250 in Atlantic Beach,NC, and it was an absolutely charming Beach house.The place was spotless,neat, and very well maintained, with plenty of character. The views from the deck were breathtaking-we spent hours just soaking in the ocean and horizon. The best part was the short walk to the beach,which felt like a hidden gem.It was peaceful and uncrowded,making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. If you are looking for a cozy,well kept Beach house with stunning views.Sea Spray 250 is the perfect choice!!

This condo is so cozy with amazing views of the ocean. It’s in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping, but without losing its peaceful surroundings. The beach was not at all crowded and the sunrises and sunsets were picturesque. I would definitely go back!

Sea Spray 250 was sparkling clean, and the décor was welcoming. The beds and sitting area were extremely comfortable. The view was peaceful and calming. I felt that Sea Spray 250 was home away from home. The walk to the beach was enjoyable and easy. Giving this unit 5 out of 5 stars is not saying enough.

Sea Spray 250 was a delightful get-away. It is beautifully decorated in a light and airy manner. The unit was immaculate and super cozy. I especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The best part was the view of the ocean. Loved the balcony. Highly recommend.

This condo was well appointed. Not only were the decorations cute, but there were many little touches (like hooks on the walls) that made for a comfortable vacation. The view was gorgeous and I spent many hours on the deck enjoying it and the breeze. Can't wait for next year.
