Additional Amenities Include: Seasonal Spectrum WiFi is provided from May 18, 2024 - November 2, 2024 ONLY. Community High Speed Wireless Internet Access (Available at clubhouse and pool area), 2 TVs, Basic Cable, Central Heat & Air, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Blender. Private Covered Deck with Deck Furniture.
Complex Amenities Include: Sports courts (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool, and courtyard grills make your vacation even better. Buildings have courtyard atrium gardens & waterfalls. 24 hour security gate. Oceanfront gazebo with seating, private walkway & outside showers.
