Sports courts (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), and courtyard grills make your vacation even better. Buildings have courtyard atrium gardens & waterfalls. 24 hour security gate. Oceanfront gazebo with seating, private walkway & outside showers. Elevators in each building. Sorry, No Pets.

Queens Court 1201 is a One Bedroom, One Bath, Oceanfront Condo. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean views from your private covered balcony! Living Area has gorgeous Ocean views, a Queen Sleep Sofa, and direct access to the private covered balcony.There is also a Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD Player in the Living Room. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Dining Area has seating for four, and additional seating for three at the Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and Dishwasher.

Additional Amenities: 2 Color Cable TVs, Blue-Ray DVD Player, CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Private Deck, Central Air/Heat.

Linens & Towels Provided! (Weekly stays only)

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.

Golf carts are not allowed.

Rents weekly only, from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Weather was perfect. And the room was close to the beach. It could have been a little cleaner though. I cleaned the ceiling fan because so much build up . I didn't want an asthma attack. Fan in bathroom build up also with lint ect. I didn't clean that. Ketchup or pizza sauce was dried on the coffee table. So I used my bacteria wipes to clean.The updates on furniture were very nice. And deck furniture was very nice.
Kitchen stocked nicely. Overall it was a descent place.

Queens Court 1201 is nicely decorated and the kitchen had all the essentials for our stay. The view from the balcony was great. This unit, however, really needs WiFi. This was the only disappointment in an otherwise perfect vacation week.

Queens Court in Emerald Isle has been our vacation spot for over 20 years. The ocean views and convenience of the location is why we keep coming back. The condo has all of the comforts of home and is well taken care of by the owner. The pristine beach and warm ocean water is just what we need to rejuvenate our souls! I really timed it right with very few in building while we were there. It was quiet. It was clean to my standards. The mobile app was great for finding things. Rental office was very near condo.

Bluewater customer service is great to work with and the condo was perfect for our family of four. The ocean view option was well worth a little extra money! To wake up to the amazing sounds/ sights is not something to be missed. The condo was well stocked with almost everything we could have possibly needed. Emerald Isle was absolutely beautiful.
