This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B building! *The new coin-operated laundry machines will be installed on July 1, 2022.


B-103 Point Emerald is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath First Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean!) Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a covered deck with table & chairs. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom#1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Daybed w/Trundle. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath). Central Heat & Air. Beach Chairs.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Trailers are not allowed.


Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday. *This condominium is a first floor. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms, or natural dune movement. While viewing the photographs for this property, please note that some photos may be labeled "common view for complex" and may not be the actual view. These photos are listed last in the web description. Please call one of our Rental Specialists at 888-258-9287 if you have specific questions.


The community pool will be open for the 2021 season! Due to COVID-19 concerns, the pool furniture has been removed and will not be available for use. Please bring your own chairs to lounge around the community pool. Please note that the removal of indoor or outdoor furniture from your condo is a breach of your rental contract. Do not remove any furniture from the condo for any reason.

My family and I rented several condos at Point Emerald Villas the week of Aug 14-21. We had a lovely time. The weather and resort couldn't have been more perfect. With 6 little ones (5 under the age of 3), it was tough to go places, so the pools and tennis courts provided us with much to do in the evenings. We gathered together every evening for meals - each condo was perfectly stocked with all we needed to cook, and there is a huge area to grill out near the pool. we made many wonderful memories and are looking forward to planning next year's return trip to Point Emerald Villas. The staff at Blue Water couldn't have been more helpful in booking our vacation.
