Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. My family and I rented several condos at Point Emerald Villas the week of Aug 14-21. We had a lovely time. The weather and resort couldn't have been more perfect. With 6 little ones (5 under the age of 3), it was tough to go places, so the pools and tennis courts provided us with much to do in the evenings. We gathered together every evening for meals - each condo was perfectly stocked with all we needed to cook, and there is a huge area to grill out near the pool. we made many wonderful memories and are looking forward to planning next year's return trip to Point Emerald Villas. The staff at Blue Water couldn't have been more helpful in booking our vacation.
