Pine Knoll Townes Community Amenities: Community WIFI, 3 Oceanfront Swimming Pools (typically open May 1 - Sept 30 daily 9am - 10pm) each with a Beach Access Walkway and Observation Deck Space, Outdoor Shower Area, Grass Courtyard Areas. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

1-2 Bedroom property: $150/month
3-5 Bedroom Property: $250/month
6+ Bedrooms: $375/month
Guest is responsible for electric service charges in excess of the maximum monthly allowance.
Pet Friendly Properties: Please confirm with your vacation specialist if this property allows pets and the non-refundable monthly pet fee.
Oceanfront Properties (excluding condos): Oceanfront non-condo properties cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st to allow priority for weekly booking availability. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September may be booked prior to August 1st.
Additional conditions may apply including but not limited to an application fee.
