Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.


Pebble Beach has the ONLY indoor pool and fitness combination facility from AB to EI. It comes with 400 mpbs internet and 3 separate flat screen TVs.

A-307 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Oceanfront Condo. The living area overlooks the oceanfront pool, has deck access to take in the beautiful views of the ocean, and features a Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix access, sofa with sleeper and love seat. Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom including Deck Access with ocean views, King Size Bed, Fat Screen Television, and has a Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Size Bed and Flat Screen Television. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and Flat Screen Television. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full hallway bath.


Additional Amenities: USB outlets for all your electronics conveniently located throughout the condo. No need to bring your own charging adapters. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Carbon Filtered Ice Maker. Water Softener System.

No Smoking. No Pets.


PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in. Rental Company dashboard parking passes are YELLOW this year. Not orange as was previously stated. The most important thing is that the pass says 2023. Please fill out the information and unit number before giving them to a rental company. If there is a problem with the car then security will not know what door to knock on.


WORK ORDERS:
If you have a work need, please go to the website and click on the tab for "Work Order" then "Add A Work Order". If it is a true emergency then call security or CCMC right away. Examples would be Water breaks, deck or stairway separations, glass fallen in the pool itself, feces in the pool.


Rents Weekly Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).

This condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. We could also look out over the pool and see our (older, good swimmer) kids down there and feel comfortable not being there every second. The kitchen was well stocked. The space was perfect for two couples and two kids. It was wonderful and we would definitely go back! Our only suggestion would be, we would like to have been able to watch some Netflix, but there was no way to stream video to the TV. However, we weren't there to watch TV - it only came up because we had several rainy days. Overall we loved it!

This 3-bedroom condo is very clean. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is very spacious and cozy. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds in the kid's room. The spacious living room with two couches and chair offer plenty of seating as well as the stools at the bar. The view from the deck was enhanced by raised Adirondack chairs that allowed us to see beautiful oven views over the railing. Overall, we loved the decor, furniture, electronics and lighting.
