A-301 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath third floor oceanfront corner unit condo with incredible views of the beach and pool - the views can¡t get much better! This great vacation condo has porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and bathrooms. The living area has a queen sleep sofa, Flat Screen TV and an oceanfront balcony with a table and chairs. Spacious dining area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, a full bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, DVD player and a color TV (no cable). Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath and a balcony. Central Heat & air. Washer/Dryer.


No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

A-301 is an incredible condo. The unit has an incredible covered deck overlooking the beach. Great for morning coffee and nights with family. The bedrooms are huge. It was very clean and well decorated. We actually would improve the quality of pictures for the rental website as the unit was nicer in person than the pics on line.
