Olde Towne Yacht Club a spacious Clubhouse, a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Dressing Area, Grilling Area, a well-equipped Fitness Room, a Sauna and an Elevator.

Master bedroom has a King bed and Waterfront Deck access, with great views. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have Queen beds. Well-appointed Gourmet Kitchen. Dining Area has seating for 6, plus additional Bar seating for 2.
