Maggie's Place has 3 porches along with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths! The entire house is updated with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Great location, 5 houses from the beach, easy access to the bike path, across the street is Emerald Isle Woods where hiking trails abound. Located in Emerald Isle, off Coast Guard Road the keyless entry allows you to avoid summer traffic check-in/out. A neighborhood playground is also just up the street. This property is pet-friendly! Enjoy the ocean breezes from the screened porch after dinner. Enjoy the covered porch for watching birds and summer rain. Enjoy the private porch for star gazing. The sectional couch is 40 in. deep which makes it a perfect napping couch for two. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in every room. The two Ekornes chairs and the Tempur-pedic bed topper are provided for those with temperamental backs. The Mini-Split Air Conditioner upstairs keeps the private master bedroom cool. High speed internet along with a Roku TV in every bedroom and the living room. The TV streaming services include Prime, Apple TV+. Take a break from the beach and enjoy a game of corn hole or ping pong, a swing or a sway in the hammock. Maggie's Place has high chair, pack n play and beach wagon for your little ones to relax too!

Main living and dining spaces: The fully remodeled kitchen has amazing features including updated appliances, granite counters, mother of pearl backsplash, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern conveniences. The Fully Equipped Kitchen has Drip Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Keurig, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Slow Cooker, Fish Boil Pot, Spices, Microwave, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, and Electric Winer Opener. For smaller guests: Pack-N-Play, Highchair and Dog Bowls. Downstairs enjoy the enclosed Washer and Dryer. In addition, enjoy the Gas Grill, Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, hot and cold Outdoor Shower, Hammock, Double Swing, newly added Ping Pong Table, Gas Fire Pit and Corn Hole.  For the beach, enjoy the Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Wagon, and Crab Cage. Fans are located in every room including the living room and the screened in porch. The screened in porch provides comfortable seating to relax, a table and chairs for meals or games, shades to keep the sun away and provide privacy.


Bedroom #1: King Bed, Roku TV, Ceiling Fan, bedside Charging Station, Dresser in closet, both windows have Blinds and Blackout Curtains.

Maggie's Place is a great location and house - the kitchen is newly updated and had everything we needed to cook meals. There were dog dishes and a crate for our pup. We loved the screened in porch, the sectional couch and Roku TV. All sorts of beach chairs and umbrellas were available to use, and we took advantage of the beach cart - so helpful! We love Maggie's Place - it was our second stay. We will be back again.

This house was great. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, my 2 year old granddaughter walked to the beach every day she was there with no issues. We loved all the sand toys, chairs , umbrellas, the wagon and the pool. The outside shower is great with hot water. The neighborhood is quiet. The owners have put great thought into this house. There are numerous towel rack, charging stations. This home was simply great!

Maggie’s Place was a great house. The owners put a lot of thought into many things that other owners have not, like towel racks in both bathrooms was enough for everyone to hang up their towels, charging stations for phones, stuff for the kitchen, sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas was all fabulous, kid/dog pool, the outdoor shower with hot water and so much more. It was a great house and we all loved it including the grandkids that came for a few days.
