Second year renting this property. Very nice set up with bedrooms separated from each other and therefore quiet for those who sleep in. Good for family with children and grandchildren. Big plus is the air conditioning which worked very well even on hottest days. Setting of house gives shade on part of deck most of day . Well furnished. TV s not easy to use with confusing remotes and lack of info about what is available. Overall though a very good property for a big family.

The water cooler was great to have and use. The view from anywhere in the house was fantastic. Loved cooking out on the gas grill. I would rent this house again when I am visiting the crystal coast.

Very nice property with great position facing ocean. House at an angle that allows shade throughout day on either side of deck. Layout very nice so that all bedrooms are away from other bedrooms and provide maximum privacy. Great access to beach and abundant parking. Air conditioning was excellent no matter how hot it got outside. WiFi great capacity and landline came in handy since cellphone reception was spotty. Kitchen very adequate and well stocked, but dishwasher not the best. New carpet in living area would greatly improve an otherwise nicely furnished and decorated house. Great area for parking many cars without need to block other cars. Would rent again with little hesitation.

We loved the location and the size of the house. It was perfect for us. The porch was wonderful and had a perfect view of the sunrise. Getting on and off the beach was easy for young and old.
