Ground Level: Bonus playroom, bedroom and full bathroom (with dedicated central air conditioner), accessible from living room via internal spiral stairs. Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed with its own bathroom. Also an entrance into enclosed 2-car garage. Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower. Level One: Living Area has a covered deck with an oceanview. We loved this home. So much room, great view, easy walk to the beach. Only issue was: it would seem the people before us had a dog (dog hair clumps stuck to the floor) and my husband is allergic and we had to medicate him while there.

The house was nice...very spacious. Plenty of linens for all 10 of us. It was close to beach and bike trail. Driveway was large enough for all our vehicles. Neighborhood was very quiet. We all loved it!!!! We will be back!!! 🙂

'Living Under the Rainbow' is a wonderful home in a fantastic location! We spent a week in mid-September, with 8 adults and a small child. The floor plan allowed plenty of room for everyone. Loved the covered and open decks - fantastic ocean views! The beds are first-rate; comfortable and a good variety of sizes to accommodate anyone's needs. Bluewater Realty went over and above for us in terms of customer-service.

The house was nice and comfortable and close to the beach access. The Grandparents had their own apartment downstairs which made it nice for them. They could go to bed early and we didn't feel like we were bothering them. They had privacy and their own bathroom. It was also nice that we could put our car in the garage and close the door and keep the salt spray off of it. The owners provided nice, comfortable decor and furnishings and we were very pleased with the house.
