Kolby's Kottage is an adorable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, sound-front home nestled in the beautiful town of Beaufort. It was built over the water and provides breathtaking views of the sound from all four bedrooms!


Total bedding includes 3 queens and 2 twins (trundle).


Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and water views


Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a TV, and water views


Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and water views


Bedroom #4 has two twin trundle beds with a divider for privacy and water views


Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your streaming and browsing needs. There are 3 Roku-enabled Smart TVs with various streaming services available. You will have access to the outdoor deck and private dock area during your stay. Interior Washer and Dryer.


The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.


Linens and towels are provided with beds made (Weekly Stays Only).

The deck, pier, and dock have been redesigned and are very accessible. It makes it much easier to take advantage of the waterfront property.
