K Kamp is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home just a short walk to the beach! Once you reach Ocean Drive, take a left and it is just 3 houses from the beach access! Open and covered decks with ocean & sound views! Ground Level: Ramp makes home easily accessible. Hot and Cold Outside Shower.

Level One: Large Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and flat screen TV. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a dishwasher and microwave. Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with flat screen TV, an open deck and a private Bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has a Twin Double Bunk Bed. Streetside Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Streetside Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. (Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 share a bath). Central Heat and Air. Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. In-ground Charcoal Grill. High Speed Wireless Internet Provided!

Electric is included in the rental amount, the monthly cap varies based on the number of bedrooms.
1-2 Bedroom property: $150/month
3-5 Bedroom Property: $250/month

However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).

Very clean! So much room with a beautiful view

I love K Kamp. My friend and I call it our Vacation Home. We have been spending vacation at the same house (k kamp) for the past 10+ years and we are looking forward to next year. My wife and I are talking about scheduling for 2 weeks.

We really enjoyed this rental (K Kamp). It was well set-up with great beach access. For what we wanted (relaxation) it was perfect. Really appreciated the family having a Christmas plant sent to welcome us for our Holiday week. We had initial problems with the keyless entry which was remedied relatively quickly given it was Christmas Eve. Overall, another "+" for Bluewater!

Nice location. Porch and view was nice. Really liked the ramp. We didn't need it for handicapped purposes, but for moving our stuff in, suitcases and coolers with wheels, it was was nice.

K Camp is a home that seems to be a home away from home. We have been coming to this house for over 12 years. We love the simplicity and charm of K Camp and could not imagine staying anywhere else.

K Kamp was perfect for what we needed. 3 of us and a pug. Kitchen was well equipped, outdoor shower is huge, views are great for second row and yes, you can hear the surf. It was our first time to Emerald Isle and we will be back.

K Kamp was perfect for our needs. The house was perfectly equipped with every amenity possible. We loved the view on both sides of the house. Our pups enjoyed the enclosed ocean view deck. We will be back.

The house was nice, clean, and convenient to the beach.. The owner May want to have the toilet on the right as you enter house. Have to hold handle down until all bowl water goes out or paper will back up.. adjust thought they may wantto know..

Our family vacation at K Camp was great! The house was exactly as shown in the photos, and just a quick jaunt to the beach access. The Kitchen was VERY well stocked, with enough pots/pans/plates/silverware for everyone. Overall, we were very happy with out decision to rent this house and plan to be back.

Keyless entry check in and check out was so convenient and easy. This house was clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. Linens being provided was a great nice service. The outdoor shower was huge and the ocean view from the deck was nearly as good as being ocean front. There are about 30 steps from the porch to the beachside street, however if you're towing a wagon of supplies you can easily use the ramp and walk on the Main Street side to 10th Street which is about 4 houses away and not a bad walk. Overall K Kamp was a great place to stay. Good for small families with a pet and although not ADH certified the single level
has mostly hard floors (or low pile carpet) and step in shower which are great for any older family members or people with limited mobility.

The keyless entry is great! All bedrooms are a very good size. The outside shower has hot/cold water which is great so you don't freeze trying to get the sand off. Underneath the house is a great place for kids to play and adults to hang out without being in the sun. The window in the living room does allow views of the ocean and you can hear the waves when sitting on the deck. The deck is very nice with lots of chairs. The deck does have gates to keep small kids from leaving the deck area.

The outdoor shower was very nice. I appreciated the amount of chairs on the deck and especially the rocking chairs. The beds were comfortable. It was sufficient for our needs.

Loved the keypad check-in and check-out process...so convenient and easy!!! K Kamp was an awesome house as it had a great view of the ocean, making it feel like we were ocean front! Walk to beach was no problem. Private shower underneath was great!!
Will only rent with Bluewater when staying on the Crystal Coast!!!
