The open and covered decks offer great outdoor seating with 6 Picnic Tables and 4 Adirondack Rockers. In the cooler months you can enjoy the fireplace w/gas logs.


Ground Level: Enclosed garage. Washer/Dryer. Ground Level offers great amenities which include a Ping Pong Table (in garage) and Foosball Table. A Kids Media Room is located on this level and includes a Playstation 3. There is a Half Bath on this Level and a Twin Bunk Bed. Enclosed and Covered Hot and Cold Outside Shower.


Level One: Oceanfront Bedroom #1 Master has a covered deck, King Bed, Private Bath with Oceanfront Whirlpool Tub; Streetside Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed; Streetside Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 Share Bath.


Level Two: Living Area with cathedral ceilings has amazing views and direct access to the Oceanfront deck. You will also enjoy the Flat Panel Television. In addition to cable service, this TV has a Google Chromecast device that is controlled by a smartphone. Guests just have to turn on their smartphone which should automatically find the device. Google Chromecast allows you to stream music, movies, and more if you have a Google or Netflix account. Open Dining Area has seating for 6, a Kitchen/Bar Area with additional seating and expansive counter tops. The well equipped Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and icemaker. My family enjoyed our stay at Great Escape West. We also booked the other side for extended family. Everyone had a great time. The house was well maintained and very clean I appreciated the letter from the owners of Great Escape West prior to our vacation. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beach. The kids media room downstairs with the bunk beds was perfect for my grandchildren. The house has the most wonderful view and I loved how close you are to the ocean! It has so many wonderful things for our four grandkids to do, such as the game room, the game of life and playing hide and seek. My favorite thing was the kitchen, in which I could cook with a great view of ocean and watch my entire family playing in the waves. We loved eating on the deck, meeting new friends next door and playing on the beach. Everyone in my family wants to come back to The Great Escape West next year! Great vacation house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Great Escape West! All of the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essential tools for preparing good meals. We discovered a collection of CDs that included something for everyone, from classical to oldies to contemporary music! The biggest attraction for the whole family was the ping pong table downstairs. What a great diversion when it's dark or the weather is bad! This was a beautiful beach house that we would definately come back to!

This may be the best all round beach house we've ever rented. Not the cheapest,by far, but worth the extra bucks. Lots of games etc. a restaurant menu collection with comments by other guests, and,although we laughed about the pingpong table,we actually played many nights. I would rent this house again.
