Grace Appearing is a charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house located on the luxurious ocean side of Emerald Isle. The spectacular location is just a short 3-minute walk to the beach! It is the ideal retreat for your whole group to spend a week away!


This stunning home comes with the added convenience of a GOURMET kitchen that includes high-end appliances, a gas range, and reverse osmosis water filtration system.


This is the perfect family-friendly retreat (yes, babies too!). The house has lots of convenient features to make traveling with babies easy peasy like a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gates!


You will never run out of things to do with all of the entertainment features at your disposal. The game room boasts a ping pong table and foosball table for a fun evening indoors.You can also enjoy a game of volleyball in the private pool with the included net!


Bedding includes 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, and 1 double/twin bunk, and 1 twin daybed. A pack and play will also provided - if you need sheets for the pack and play, you will need to provide your own.


Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.


Nightly rentals allowed with a 2-night minimum stay (off-season only).


No smoking. Pets Stay Free. (2 Dogs Max)

This is such a comfortable, clean & welcoming home. We were there in winter but the weather was still great for beach walks and porch sitting! Love the location ...easy access to all Emerald Isle has to offer & only a couple minutes stroll to the beach! The house is roomy, the kitchen well equipped & spacious, and the Master Suite was perfection. We will definitely be back!

This house had the most comfortable beds of any vacation home we've stayed in. There was tons of room, the pool was big, and the garage was stocked with beach chairs and pool floats. We loved the fact we didn't have to check in at the office, but were able to use our code and go straight to the beach house.

We absolutely loved Grace Appearing. The house was cozy and very spacious. Loved the huge kitchen with large counter for seating. The master was exceptional....loved the space and all it offered to include the deck, huge bathroom, walk in closet and shower and not to forget the washer & dryer! The pool was a definite bonus for our family - we loved making lots of memories. The house has everything you could want and more and the location to the beach was about 2 blocks. Beautiful neighborhood and exceptional landscaping at this home. We are very blessed to have stayed at Grace Appearing.

This house is in great condition. Lots of space to spread out. Balconies off both floors. It is well stocked with kitchen items including spices. Also includes all paper items- toilet paper and paper towels. Also many beach chairs. I mention all this because when I called ahead twice and asked the Bluewater agents if any of these were included, they both said no! It is a very short walk to the beach in a quiet area. Includes a ping pong table and foos ball which we didn't use as the weather was perfect.
