Ground Level: Enter on the ground level and you w¡ll find a recreation area equipped with a TV, Foosball Table and fridge, along with Bedroom #1 that has a King Bed, a TV and a private bath with immaculate shower. This level also provides direct access to the pool and parking areas. Now, take the elevator or stairs up to level one or two.


Level One: On level one, you will find Bedroom #2, a master with a King bed, a TV and private bath with an immaculate shower. Bedroom #3 also boasts a Queen Bed, TV and Deck Access and shared bath. Bedroom #4 has a 2 Twins, Deck Access and TV.


Level Two: On level two, you will love relaxing in the open living, dining and kitchen areas. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large bar. The living area opens up to the deck, overlooking breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom #5 is also on this level and has a Queen Bed, Deck Access, a TV and a private bath.

This was our second stay at Family Tides. The home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The proximity to the beach and beach access is perfect. The location of Family Tides is unmatched by any other property we've ever stayed in on EI. The beach access directly across the street lead to longer beach days for our family and made for daily walks along the water. Comfortable house with plenty of room and well-accommodated for a family of six who enjoys cooking some meals together while on vacation. We appreciated the pet-friendly property to bring along our canine companion (although you wouldn't know it based on the very clean conditions of all the furnishings!). Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach!

This house was perfect for our needs. The elevator was fantastic, the pool was so nice and warm, the house was absolutely immaculate and as close as you could be to the beach without actually being oceanfront. We really appreciated the well stocked and well-appointed kitchen, because we didn't eat out at all. The neighborhood was perfect for those multiple-times per day dog walks, too. If you are expecting to do a lot of grilling, that might be a challenge because the grill was quite small and not up to the quality of the rest of the house. This is an absolutely beautiful home in a great location, and we would definitely stay there again.

Family Tides was very accommodating and in my opinion has one of the nicest and largest pools based on other similarly sized homes my family has stayed at. The close access to the beach, shops, and pier were also very nice and set this house apart from other nearly ocean front homes.

Family Tides has a great location, access and layout. The elevator definitely comes in handy. We had 11 people with us and it was still roomy and feltlike everyone had their own space. Great views from the porches as well! We will return again in 2020!

Nice decks to sit out on and look at the water, beach access right across the street, nice pool on side of house. Also liked the layout of this house, beachy but modern feel... we really enjoyed our stay here.
