Emerald Sm'Isle is a 8-Bedroom, 7-Full and 2- Half bath home located in a great area of the beach - strictly residential. Emerald Sm'Isle has every amenity to make you Smile while on vacation! The Floor Plan features over 6700 sq.ft of spacious open living, including four Oceanfront Master Suites with covered decks! Emerald Sm'Isle is a beautifully decorated home with plenty of space for entertaining when vacationing with your family here on the Crystal Coast. Make sure to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises on one of the many beachfront decks complete with deck furniture. The bottom deck -- just steps from the sand --includes your very own Private 14' x 32' Pool with outdoor half bath and Hot Tub.


Pool may be heated for $675/week. Pool can be heated all year as long as the temperature outside does not go below 55 degrees.


Bedding consists of: 5 Kings, 4 Queens, 1 Twin Bunk Set, and 1 Double/Twin Bunk Set.


Ground Floor: Game Room: with Pool Table and Poker Table for those late night card games, Smart TV, DVD Player, entertaining area, kitchenette and walk out Deck Access to back porch. Theater Room: with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the 75” 4K Smart TV and surround sound system with Play Station 4 and Netflix. Bedroom #1: has 2 Queen Beds, Smart TV, DVD Player and a shared Bath in the hallway. Bedroom #2: has a Queen Bed, Bunk Bed, Smart TV, DVD Player and a shared Bath with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #3: has a Queen Bed, Bunk Bed, Smart TV, DVD Player and a shared Bath with Bedroom #2.


Level One: Living Area: Expansive windows that line the Oceanside of the house boasting incredible views from the main living area. There is also a 46" 4K LED TV with Netflix, DVD Player, Stereo, Games, and Deck Access with Deck Furniture. Off the Living Area is the Kitchen and Dinning Area, the Dinning Area seats 10 with 2 additional at the Kitchen bar top. Bedroom #4: has a King Bed and a Private Bath and Handicap accessable. Bedroom #5: has a King Bed, Smart TV, DVD Player, Deck Access and private bath and jacuzzi tub.


Level Two: Private Office: with computer, High Speed Internet Access, fax and printer. Bedroom #6: has a King Bed, Smart TV, DVD Player, Deck Access and Bath. Bedroom #7: has a King Bed, Smart TV, DVD Player, Deck Access and a Private Bath. Bedroom #8: has a King Bed, Smart TV, DVD Player, Deck Access & a Private Bath, with baby room off bath.

#19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian¡s responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool and/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool and/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool and/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool and/or Hot Tub.

i have stayed in many of the large homes on the waterfront and while I still love 3 Palms,Emeraold Smile is near perfect..everything you can want to do, or write or dance to..to watch TV or movies in an elegant theatre, toview art and decorations definitely carefully chosen, it was a wonderful place to spend a glorious week(you even kept the hurricanes away and gave us beautiful days and even a full moon on the water at night.)

What a great home! We were celebrating our 60th anniversary with our family. This house provided ample accommodations for all. Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. Being right on the ocean was a bonus. Everyone enjoyed the pool, theater room and the pool table.Since we are senior citizens, elevator was a must!

This house is a wonderful vacation home. Was there for the week with college sorority sisters from many years ago, and we had the most magical week. Laughed, talked, swam, went in the hot tub,cooked meals together, ate dinner family style each night, and enjoyed some magnificent desserts! House has ample space for all, room to gather together for good conversation, and plenty of space to be alone when and if you need to be. Going in the off season allowed us the affordability to keep the numbers low so we weren't sharing too many rooms or bathrooms. The double kitchens and three refrigerators provided plenty of space for all food and beverages, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing and though we didn't use it, the media room would have been great on a rainy day. Direct access to the beach is wonderful, and we rose many mornings to try to catch the sunrises. Sunsets off the porch? Just beautiful. Easy access from this house also, to grocery store and pharmacy. Very close. A wonderful, relaxing week.

Emerald Sm'isle was the best property that we have rented in our many years vacationing on EI. The layout was extremely conducive to our large group. The rooms were spacious, and the house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, especially for cooking for large groups. The outside was just as fabulous as the inside with an expansive pool and hot tub. The decks had plenty of quality furniture, perfect for lounging and watching the beautiful Carolina sunsets.

This home is wonderful! It has a wonderful location and great amenities. For a large family the floor plan is exceptional. Room for everyone to have their own bedroom/bathroom space, even with 26 of us. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need. It was also nice to have things for babies such as a crib, highchair and baby gates, if needed. This is our families 2nd time to enjoy this beautiful home with the most beautiful beach right outside your door. Thank you for sharing this home with us so we can all come together to enjoy our time together! LOVE IT!
