Every item was handpicked with relaxation and convenience in mind. You will want for nothing more while vacationing at this 5 bedroom, 4 Full Bath, and 1 Half Bath oceanfront masterpiece.


As a member of our Blue Pearl collection, By the Boardwalk provides an upgraded linen package, with the beds made for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $625/week), a hot tub, and an elevator. Walking to the upper floors of By the Boardwalk you will enjoy endless ocean views on each level with large oceanfront windows in the living area and access to the outdoor covered decks. When not taking in the beautiful views of the Crystal Coast you can enjoy a relaxing time at the pool.This home is perfect for a family to spend time with each other, but still have their own space. Access all levels of this house using the convenience of an Elevator.


Ground Level: On this level, you will also have direct access to a the grill private pool and hot tub.Beach access is just steps away, right outside backgate.


Level One: This level is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #2 and #3 share the hall bath.


Level Two: The main kitchen and living area with access to beautiful views on the oceanfront deck, is found here. There is plenty of seating for all your family and friends with a dining table and bar seating to enjoy a delicious meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. This open floor plan home makes it easy to entertain the crowd this house can comfortably hold. There is a half bath on this level and also a cover deck opposite of the ocean front to catch a glimpse of life in the town of Atlantic Beach.


Level Three: This level boasts two more bedrooms. You will find Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a private bath and TV with a covered oceanfront deck. Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin beds with TV and private bathroom.


Additional Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet is throughout the house 6 Flat Screen TVs, Book Library, Private Walkway to the Beach, Enclosed Yard, Garage, Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, Washer and Dryer, Gas Grill, Covered Deck with Furniture, and Elevator.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! 3rd dog permitted with payment of $375+tax pet fee. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

This house was in the perfect location for our family vacation with teenagers. There was plenty for them to do within walking distance of the house. The Tackle Box bar behind the house was totally worth the visit. They plan to have a restaurant open within the next few weeks. The house was perfect for us. While this house worked great for our family trip I would not recommend it for a family traveling with small children. This house is 4 stories, and while there is an elevator you end up climbing a ton of stairs. There is no bathroom on the ground floor so if you're out at the pool or the beach you have to go to the second floor or higher to use the restroom.Few minor things to note- there were not enough forks for all 10 of us to eat dinner, and the coffee pot didn't function great. We didn't find the broom until the last day, but made great use of the shark vacuum in the 3rd floor bathroom. Everyone at Bluewater Vacation Rentals was fantastic to work with. We've already booked another trip for next year.

For a winter stay at the beach this location is wonderful. But for a summer stay it would be over crowded. Construction was happening right outside our door and the adjacent bar was a problem with family sleeping on that side of the house. The house itself was very comfortable and accommodating.

Amazing location and home! Bluewater did a great job at addressing any issues that came up 🙂 We loved the proximity to the beach, the pool, the hot tub...almost everything you needed was in the house...all but a broom and with the house being ON the beach, that was a must so BYOB..ha! Cannot wait to come back!

Roomy house with a great pool and a beautiful beach view. Plenty of seating on the balconies to enjoy coffee and the view. We were worried about the proximity to Tackle Box Tavern and possible noise, but there was no problem.
