Bluewater's Sandcastle is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanview Home with a Beach Access conveniently located at the end of the street (less than 500 feet from the ocean). Within 1/2 mile from the New Public Boat Ramp in Emerald Isle, make sure you bring your boat for a week of fun on the water!


Ground Level: Covered Parking. Foyer. Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower.


Level One: Your family will enjoy the open floor plan of the Living Area with direct access to the spacious front deck. The Living room has a 47 inch HDTV with digital service and vinyl floors. Dining Area has seating for 8 and additional seating for 3 at the bar. Kitchen is well equipped for an evening meal including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and granite counter tops. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and a Full Bath with large porcelain tile walk-in shower


Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. (both bedrooms share a bath).


Additional Amenities include: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 4 Flat Screen TVs, 3 Blue Ray Players, DVD and CD Players. The Living Room TV has Spectrum and all the other TVs have Roku with the Spectrum App. Central Heat and Air, Washer/Dryer. Charcoal Grill. There is now a home phone in the property and an answering machine. Open and Covered decks with table and chairs.


No Smoking. No Pets.


Rents weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.


Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made!


Owner provided Paper Product starter kit.

This home is beautifully decorated. It has lovely furnishings and ample room for 6 adults. It is conveniently located a short walk from the ocean and a quick drive to the sound side public access pier. We also enjoyed walking to the Bogue Inlet pier as well as the Polish Water Ice/Donut shop. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we greatly appreciated the use of the Keurig so we didn't have to bring our own! All the TV worked well. The internet service was very reliable. We would definitely stay here again.
