Black Swan is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mainland home nestled in the heart of Swansboro. From its convenient location, you can visit Historic Downtown Swansboro, which boasts many local stores, restaurants, and bars! Single-level living makes this home the perfect accessible spot! There is also a large private back yard!
Total bedding includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, and a private full bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a TV and a shared full bath. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, a TV and a shared full bath.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to make plenty of snacks and home-cooked meals for your friends and family! You will find a coffee maker, keruig coffee maker, an oven, refrigerator with an attached ice maker, microwave, a dishwasher, a waffle maker, slow cooker, and a blender!
Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! There are also 4 Smart TV's with Roku and Fire Stick/Fire TV access for your viewing and streaming pleasure. There is an interior washer/dryer available as well! The are also Ceiling fans, hair dryers and a gas grill!
Enjoy access to a screened in porch with deck furniture and a deck swing for the perfect retreats for sipping your morning coffee or reading a good book with your furry friend (2 Max)!
Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals allowed with a 2-night minimum (last minute and off-season only).
