Beach Life Down is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Oceanview Duplex located in Atlantic Beach. This is perfect spot for easy beach access. Take a break from the heat on the front covered patio with a picnic table and enjoy lunch in the shade. After a day at the beach rinse off the salt in the H/C enclosed outside shower. Your dog will enjoy it too! Great spot to experience the real Beach Life.


Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #2 2 Twin beds. There is also a Living Room with Smart TV, DVD Player, and Deck Access.

Very comfortable, convenient and easy walk to beach boardwalk a short block away. Ground level and parking right outside was extremely convenient. Enjoyed our time there and meeting several locals in the neighborhood. Would stay again.
