Aloha Kai (fka Beachin Again) is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely furnished and exceptionally appointed, these luxurious beach vacation rentals are draped like pearls all along our Crystal Coast. Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. Each property has been carefully selected and singled out for its unique qualities. Such as the Large Private 15 x 32 Pool (which can be heated for $625, will only heat mid-April thru mid-October if the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work), a Private Hot Tub (see item #19 below) and an Elevator (to all levels)!


Aloha Kai offers a Level 2 Electric Vehicle Smart Charger compatible with all EV and Hybrid Plug-in vehicles. The charger features automatically adjustable charging up to 50 Amps and a 25ft long Universal (J1772) Charging Cable.


The High-Speed Wireless Internet allows to you stay in touch with the "real" world as you are relaxing in paradise! You can sit on the Open and Covered Decks and enjoy the great Ocean and Sound Views, or play a game of Ping Pong or Foosball downstairs in the Game Room. The whole family will have more than enough to make vacationing at Aloha Kai (fka Beachin Again) an unforgettable experience.


Ground Level: The Game Room has a Ping Pong Table and Foosball Table, an X-Box, a Wet Bar, a Refrigerator, a Microwave, and a Full Bath.


Level One: Bedroom #1 is an Oceanside Master Suite and has a Queen Bed, a Private Bath with a marble Jacuzzi Tub, and a Private Deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Private Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set.


Level Two: Bedroom #4 is the main Oceanside Master Suite with a King Bed, a Private Bath with a marble Jacuzzi Tub, and a Private Deck. Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Outside Speakers allow you to enjoy music pool-side, or deck-side!


Additional Amenities include: High-Speed Wireless Internet Access, 7 TVs with basic cable, movie channels, and other extras, as well as DVD players! The TVs include premier Directv with 315 channels, every premium movie channel, 35 sports channels, and music channels. Don't want to miss your favorite shows? No worries! There is a DVR so you won't miss anything while you're at the beach!


You also have access to Surround-Sound, a Stereo with a CD Player, a Ping Pong Table, a Foosball Table, an X-Box, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Microwaves, a Gas Grill, Central Air/Heat, Fireplace, Ceiling Fans throughout, a Washer/Dryer, an Enclosed Outdoor Shower, and Open and Covered Decks with Furniture. There are 7 on-site cell phone/USB charging stations.


You will find a utility wagon for groceries, travel back and forth from the beach, and whatever else you could think of! Pool and beach toys are available to offer fun for all! And speaking of which... an ice cream maker is provided as a kitchen amenity for your enjoyment! Yum!

Aloha Kai is a very nice house, well laid out and exceptionally well decorated. It was clean and well maintained. The pool area is especially good with great furniture, grill and jacuzzi. We had a great time there.

Great stay at Aloha Kai! The playroom is well equipped for fun. The pool and hot tub were clean and pool larger than pictured. Everyone had room to spread out or gather together. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and serving a large group. We had 4 cars and there was plenty of room to park. Best part is location! House is right on the bike path. You can see and access the sound and beach easily. The path to the beach is quiet and just a few steps away. Hidden across the street is a public sound access-at 19th St. It made going out in our kayaks a breeze.

Aloha Kai is a beautiful home that makes it very easy to relax and enjoy your vacation! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. The pool was even bigger than it looked in the pictures and my family loved relaxing in it and the hot tub after enjoying time at the beach. The walk to the beach was very short and easy. The entire property was even better than we imagined!

Loved the size of the home, very open with plenty of room for everyone. The proximity to the ocean was fine, although not ocean front; it was a short walk to the shore. The home has decks on all sides for you to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, the kids even made fresh strawberry ice cream. The elevator came in handy, having recently had knee surgery three flights of stairs to lug groceries, beach paraphernalia or luggage was much easier riding up and down. The house did not lack amenities, plenty of room for parking, located near the center of the island so quick access either end and the mainland.

I love all the space of this home for a large group to be able to have their own space when needed but also enough areas to all be together. The pool and patio are nice and large for hanging out together. The close proximity to the beach is a huge plus with a very short walk and the view of both the ocean and the sound from the top floor is awesome. This was our 4th stay at the same house. We don't want to stay anywhere else!
