Carriage House at Water's Edge is an Oceanfront home located in Salter Path with ocean views and a private walkway to the beach. Home offers 1 bedroom, 2 full baths with a two-car garage. Well-appointed space makes for a cozy relaxing get-away.

Ground Level: has washer and dryer and full bath.

Level One: The dining area leads into the kitchen space and living room which faces the furnished oceanfront deck. This level houses a bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV equipped with cable and a Roku, and a full bathroom.

Additional Amenities: High-Speed Wireless Internet Access, 1 Flat Screen Color Cable TV with Blu-ray player and a Roku in Living Room, flat-screen TV with a Roku in the Bedroom, Ceiling fans, Covered Deck with furniture, Gas Grill, outside shower, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Coffee maker, Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer.

Water's Edge allows for additional housing when renting both homes. Water's Edge is a 7 Bedroom home located next to Carriage House at Water's Edge.

We loved our stay at the Carriage House. The privacy was great, we enjoyed the location and the short walk to the beach! An absolute perfect house and location for us. We liked it so much that we reserved it again for next summer. We really enjoyed being able to go straight to our rental because we had received the door code prior to our arrival.

Great small house with high quality finishes and furniture, a rare find at the beach. Location is great being mid-island gives more convenient access to all Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach and surrounding areas have to offer.

The Carriage House at Waters Edge was the most delightful rental we have ever stumbled upon. We have been renting beach homes for many years but this one was the cleanest, nicest and perfectly located rental we have stayed at to date. It had everything we needed and more. We will be back!

Spent my honeymoon here and loved it! This was my husbands first time seeing the ocean and he definitely enjoyed his first beach vacation here. Beautiful view, we sat on the balcony and looked out at the water more than we did anything else! Loved the complimentary bottle of wine, and I'm keeping it forever to always remember our stay here :)

The entire Carriage House was just lovely. I can see the care and effort taken by the owners to create a beautiful environment. The porch was so comfortable and view of the ocean were peaceful and serene. Evenings spent there with a glass of wine were a perfect ending to each day.

The Carriage House at Waters Edge was a beautiful home with beautiful decor. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean from the deck was outstanding. The property is right on its very own private beach. It is an oasis. The property is close to everything but yet very private. The Carriage House meets the needs of a couple or small family with one or two small children. The size of the equally beautiful main house is perfect for a large family needing 6 or more bedrooms. Both properties could be rented for a fantastic destination event. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
