For an added touch of comfort, the pool can be heated for $650 per week + tax, extending swim season enjoyment. Inside, entertainment abounds - from the expansive rec room to the multiple gathering spaces throughout the home. With 16 TVs, high-speed wireless internet, and endless activities, there’s truly something for everyone.

Level Three – The Heart of the Home

The top level is truly the crown jewel - perfect for hosting, dining, and soaking in panoramic ocean views. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, two ovens, three microwaves, three dishwashers, and dual sinks, making large-group meals effortless. Gather around the dining table that seats 25, or enjoy drinks and conversation at the horseshoe bar with wet bar, ice maker, beverage cooler, and wine cooler.

The open living room features soaring barn ceilings, comfortable seating for 10, and a large flat-screen TV - all framed by breathtaking Atlantic views. Beautifully decorated and well-maintained, The Nautilus features updated, stylish furnishings throughout. The home feels clean, modern, and welcoming - carefully designed to balance comfort with coastal charm.

 Also on this level is Bedroom #10, offering a King bed, private bath with an easily accessible shower, and a private balcony.

Level Two – Restful Coastal Retreats

Designed with relaxation in mind, the second level welcomes you with six thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each offering comfort, privacy, and coastal charm.

• Bedrooms #4, #5 and #6: Oceanfront King Master Suites with private baths, TVs, and direct balcony access. Step outside with your morning coffee, breathe in the sweet, salty air, and soak in panoramic ocean views as the day begins.

• Bedroom #7: A spacious Two-Queen bedroom with its own private bath and TV - perfect for unwinding with your favorite show after a sun-soaked day.

• Bedrooms #8 and #9: Streetside King bedrooms featuring private balconies, ensuite baths, and TVs - quiet, comfortable retreats designed for restful nights and slow, relaxing mornings.

A conveniently located laundry room completes this level.

Level One – Recreation and Relaxation

This level is a dream for fun-seekers, featuring a fully loaded game and recreation room complete with a pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, ping pong, Golden Tee arcade game, and side-by-side driving arcade games, along with three TVs. • Bedroom #3: A cheerful streetside Bunk room offering a Twin-Over-Double bunk and an additional Twin bunk, complete with a private bath and TV. Ideal for kids or guests who love their own cozy space.

Ground Level

The ground level offers ample parking, watersports storage, a sauna, and a spacious 12x15 private gym - perfect for staying active even on vacation! An elevator provides easy access to all levels of the home.

Location is everything, and The Nautilus is right in the middle of it all! Less than 4 miles from the heart of Emerald Isle, you’re close to everything that makes the island so special. Enjoy mini golf, bike trails, walking paths, and family fun at the Salty Pirate Water Park. Explore local coffee shops, ice cream spots, boutique shopping, grocery stores, and some of our favorite island restaurants. There’s something for everyone in your group to enjoy!

For fishing enthusiasts, be sure to visit the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier or head down to the Point for a classic Emerald Isle experience. Better yet, step into your “front yard” for a one of a kind fishing experience!

Looking to explore beyond the island? The North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is just 10 miles away. Continue on to Atlantic Beach for additional dining, shopping, and public beach access, or venture to Fort Macon State Park for stunning scenery and coastal history. For off‑island charm, stroll the waterfronts of Morehead City or historic Beaufort. In the opposite direction, you’ll find Swansboro - the beloved “Friendly City by the Sea” – just 10 miles away.

This home only offers first right of refusal for weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
