Loved Suncatcher. Just the right amount of space for us. And no stairs to negotiate was a plus. Beach access excellent and loved the midcentury decor. We will likely come again.

I had a tremendous week! Terrific weather & lots of fun! I highy recommend a boat ride anywhere, a visit to Ft. Macon, and dinner on the water anywhere! Truly a beach lovers paradise!

This was our second time at Suncatcher. We had a wonderful time despite the fact that it was in the midst of tropical storm Debby. The rain finally stopped our last full day here and we got to enjoy some quality time on the beach. My elderly parents were here for a couple of nights and the "one floor" plan was perfect for my father who uses a walker. Altogether, we really like your beautiful home and appreciate the wonderful memories we've been able to create here for our family! Thank you!

Great location on the island. Also great location in terms of walking to the beach quickly and easily. Loved Suncatcher for its front porch, large kitchen, large windows, and minimal # of stairs for my elderly parents. Thank you so much.

The vibes were impecable! We had a wonderful time playing at the beach. It was very nicely stocked with anything you needed. Such a short and easy walk to the ocean. Beds were super comfy and loved the kitchen. It was also a great neighborhood to go walking and running in. The furniture and decorations were wonderful. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to come back!

We enjoyed staying here so much! The ocean view is lovely and the beach access is so close. We went to the aquarium, Fort Macon, and on a boat ride with Morehead City Ferry service. We took our dogs for walks on the beach and they loved it. The porch swing is wonderful for reading or napping. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous house!

Such a lovely week here! So close to the water with a comfy living space! The house is so wonderful! We enjoyed almost every meal outside on the patio. We love the Outer Banks and so glad we found this gem!

Our friends, The Davises stayed here 2 years ago and gave "Suncatcher" wonderful reviews. We have had a fantastic time ourselves and enjoyed both the "one level" living as well as the expansive front porch. Proximity to the beach and to bike rides in the huge neighborhood across the main road have been awesome perks. My parents, who hail from Chapell Hill, also enjoyed a few days with us. Suncatcher is PERFECT in every way. We reserved the house prior to making the decision to purchase a new home in Greensboro. With just a month under our belts in our new home-it was such a blessing to leave the "move fray" behind and "just be" here. I lived on 80th Street in Virginia Beach for many years so the references on your catches made me smile sooo many times! We've already reserved the week for next year. We loved the location and the house?especially the deck?and everything looked well-kept. It worked well for my mom who can no longer see well or manage a lot of steps. The close beach access was great. There's a new house being built that now obscures most of the ocean view, which was a disappointment, but we still enjoyed the deck and the quiet neighborhood.

Suncatcher is perfect for my husband and myself. Very few steps, easy to carry all luggage into the house. The outside shower is perfect. Love all the windows, it's very bright. Proximaty to the beach is easy. Our cart with all our fishing stuff is easy to take to the beach. The house is cozy and has everything we need.

We just spend an awesome week at this home. The home was beautiful with lots of nice extras, including linens, towels, beach toys, etc. The location was terrific, with easy access to a beautiful stretch of beach. And Bluewater staff could not have been more helpful.

We booked 2 weeks for remote work and school (2nd graders) due to the pandemic. We (The Everitt's) come to PKS every summer and love the quiet beach. Suncatcher is comfortable and feels like a home versus many rentals. We appreciated the desk in the master-great for remote work! We are serious cooks and brought a few things but found the kitchen is well appointed. Thank you for sharing your home!

This house was really beautiful and furnished with great mid century modern furniture. The open area was large and could accommodate a lot of people. Loved the one level, closeness to beach with no steps, and large deck.

Suncatcher is a beautiful and well maintained home. We were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen and all of the added amenities. The home is tastefully decorated and the deck is an amazing place to unwind with a glass of wine. We loved our time and plan to return. The only hard part is that the home is not dog friendly. We would have loved to have our goldendoodle with us.

We had a perfect, beautiful week at Suncatcher. The house was roomy, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the huge deck that spanned the front of the house and the easy beach access (no steps) right across the street. We look forward to our next vacation at Suncatcher. This is our second stay at Suncatcher. It is such a great place. It just suites our needs perfectly. It is bright and so comfortable. Great location, easy access to the beach. We will probably stay in the future.
