5* Great house, spacious, clean and has everything you need in the kitchen! Short walk to the public beach access. Ceiling fans in each room along with Roku TVs as well. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our second trip to Emerald Isle staying at Sunbeam. It is very clean and comfortable and is a great home away from home for our family and our dog. The location is excellent making walking, riding bikes, and visiting the beach very accessible. We will stay here again on future visits to EI!

Close walk to beach, the house has a bright and sunny atmosphere, well stocked cooking supplies, especially love old stove with open burners as you could use iron skillets!!! Would like to return. Had a wonderful time.

We loved our bright and sunshiny cottage. The walk to the beach was easy and it was perfectly positioned for my daily bike ride. The rooms were so spacious and the cottage is very well equipped. We enjoyed time in the ocean, kayaking in the sound, beach walking, biking and playing games.

Single level. Easy access for people with limited mobility. Convenient and reasonably priced. Have rented Sunbeam 3 previous times and will do it again.

Great location! My black lab and I loved our morning walks on the beach. Coming back to great air conditioning was important on those hot days. The kitchen was well stocked and having a bathroom in each room was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was cute and everyone was friendly. The keyless entry made checking in and out so easy. We would definitely stay at this bright and inviting home again!

Our home is getting fixed from Florence finally and we are displaced for 3 weeks. This property feels like home, It is so bright and inviting. The home is spacious and perfect for my disabled parents. Beds are comfortable, cable works great, internet has great signal, and the kitchen inventory is awesome. Sunbeam has made being away from home feel like vacation. Wonderful property!!!!

The Sunbeam is great for those with dogs, especially elderly ones. There are no steps to get into the front door and the linoleum floors are easy to maintain. We have rented it for the past twelve years or so and hope to for many more years. Thanks to the extended family who has opened their beloved vacation home to us!

The house is well equipped and conveniently located on Emerald Isle. I would have preferred an easier access to the beach. There's lots of natural light, making the house bright and sunny, and the floor plan is excellent. There's plenty of room for two people to move and work in the kitchen. WiFi service was solid. The bedrooms are spacious with plentiful storage areas.

We loved bringing our dog with us! The beach was a super short walk and we saw some sea turtles hatch! We loved Emerald Isle and Sunbeam!

Very nicely decorated home and although it only had 2 bedrooms, the high ceilings made it feel spacious. Enjoyed the natural light coming from the high windows and we enjoyed the spacious deck and listening to the birds from the wooded lot. Short walk to the beach. Although we couldn't see the ocean, it was close enough that we could hear it. Kitchen was nicely outfitted, but could have a blender. Enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Sunbeam on Emerald Isle for a week with my daughter for her final college spring break. We were very pleased with the property. It is an absolutely adorable property. We appreciated the very well stocked kitchen, we are both in love with the dining table, and the keyless front door was a nice easy to use feature. And most important to use was being able to bring our girls along too - the dogs loved their first beach experience! We thought the location was great, and even being on the main road we still found it very private and the walk to the public beach access was a breeze. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future vacations. Thank you to the homeowners for opening your home to us and thank you to Bluewater for making everything so super easy.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We had the best time laying on the beach, surfishing and dancing. We saw a whale then a group of horses rode by 60 seconds later. Thanks again and we will come back!

Thank you for opening your home to our family. We had a blast at your home during our family beach week. We loved your home so much we have already booked it for next summer Aug 2017! We look forward to our stay next summer. Our 4 year old black lab, Opie, enjoyed the homes as well and the beach.

We are new to this home and Emerald Isle. We LOVED it here! We do appreciate the internet and TVs, love the open floor plan and the walk to the beach. We have fallen in love with Emerald Isle and we will definitely return. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.

Thank you so much for our hospitality. Our stay was so relaxing and fun we were leaving with a touch of sadness. We so appreciated being able to bring our Shorkie, Lucy. This was her first trip to the ocean and she is officially a beach dog!! Chussy has a wonderful 50th birthday celebration and Thom is enjoying a sunny beautiful Fathers Day.

This was the first time that we stayed at a rental property. We were pleasantly surprised. Very cozy and intimate. Close walking distance to the beach. This was one of the best vacations that we ever had. We can't wait to return.

This was our first visit to the Crystal Coast area, and we loved it! Sunbeam was a delightful vacation rental. The home was quite large, and the furnishings were nice. We particularly liked the privacy offered on the back deck. The ocean was only a short walk away from the home.

We just loved the unique design of the house. The open kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for family time, while the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house are perfect for privacy. The location is close enough to shopping and pier fishing while feeling out of town. And the beach was just a short walk out the back door.

The home itself was very different in design from the other homes, very warm colors surround you in each and every room. Extremely short walk to beach and excess. Not a lot of people in that area.
