Summer Winds C-523 is a beautiful fifth-floor unit Beautiful Direct Oceanfront Condo, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a King bed, Queen Bed, and Queen Sleeper Sofa. 3 Color Cable TVs, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Waffle Maker, Coffee Maker, Slow Cooker, Furnished Covered Balcony.

Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

Summer Winds 523 was quite roomy with a great view. The king bed was very comfortable (the queen wasn't slept in) and the couches were comfortable as well. The kitchen was well equipped, but remember to bring your own storage containers for leftovers. The unit was also tastefully decorated. I enjoyed most meals on the porch overlooking the pool and ocean. I like that this unit was close to the elevator to make it easier to load and unload. I definitely recommend it!

Summer Winds #523 is a beautiful condo. Being able to eat meals on the deck looking out over the ocean and listening to the waves was spectacular. The owners have done such a wonderful job decorating it and making it feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, utensils and serving wear you need. I rented this unit at the beginning of the summer (May 11-18), so maybe by the end of the summer it won't look as nice, but I was very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the unit. I never did make it to the sports complex on the property because I spent all my time on the beach, which was just a short walk over the dunes from the unit. Anyone looking for a relaxing week away from it all can't go wrong renting Summer Winds #523.

This is such a beautiful location. The views were spectacular and the condo itself is wonderful. We had everything we needed, except a writing utensil to thank the owners in their guest book. We have stayed at Summerwinds several times over the years and this was by far our best vacation there. We will be back.
