Master bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a smart TV with cable, and a newly renovated tiled bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, a smart TV with cable, and the convenience of access to the full bathroom in the hall. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Coffee Maker, NEW Stove/Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, Slow Cooker, NEW Refrigerator, Blender, NEW Microwave, NEW Dishwasher, George Foreman Grill.

Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Max, and Showtime enabled. Also an adult and children’s lending library and lots of games!

This Condo was our favorite at Summer Winds; it was absolutely perfect. It was so clean and it had everything we needed. Had all the kitchen appliances and equipment you could possibly need; even a slow cooker so we could enjoy the full beach day and come back to a nice meal! The kids loved playing the games and I relaxed while reading the books! Added benefit was the beach chairs that were left for our use! Thank you so much to the owners for a wonderful place for us to vacation!

My family had an excellent stay at this comfortable, well-maintained condo. First of all, the location at #415 Summer Winds can't be beat--the pool and beach are literally footsteps away. Second of all, the condo had everything my family needed for a fabulous time. It was really well-maintained and clean, with a large master bedroom and bath and a smaller room for the kids with a queen sized bed as well as a twin so my two small children were very happy. There is an adorable coffee and tea station with a Keurig and electric kettle. A gorgeous, small balcony that overlooks the beach and pool. The kitchen area is nice and open, with a long snack bar. The kitchen is well equipped, although I did mention in the feedback to the owner that another sheet pan would have been helpful!

Overall, this was a great condo that was absolutely perfect for my family vacation. We loved the convenience of having the beach and pool so close. Overall, a fantastic stay at Condo #415 at Summer Winds.

Stayed at this condo in Summer Winds in late July with my boyfriend and another couple. We had a great time! It had everything we needed and more! Bluewater was quick to answer when we had questions. The coffee/tea bar was great in the morning and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could make our meals. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The balcony with the ocean view was awesome! Would definitely recommend staying in this unit!

We had a great vacation staying at Condo Unit 415. The condo has everything you might need for a stay at the beach- chairs, beach toys, Keurig, and games in the unit. The view of the ocean from the living room and balcony is great. The unit is clean and the entire complex is well-maintained with a large pool, children's pool, snack bar, and outdoor showers for rinsing off when coming back from the beach. We'll be booking our stay here for next summer very soon- can't wait to come back! Renting thru Bluewater was super easy!

We had the pleasure of staying in Summer winds 415 over mother's Day. It was a wonderful oceanfront condo with a great view. The view from the balcony and living room were spectacular, overlooks both the ocean and the pool Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked, with even a coffee bar!

Summer Winds has 3 pools plus an indoor pool the kids especially loved! They even gave all the mom's a carnation for the day! The staff was great and Bluewater was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend 415 and summer winds! A perfect stay!
