Ground Level features a Bonus “Pool” Room with a Queen Bed, cozy sitting area with a television and half bath. Beautifully decorated with direct access to the pool deck, it’s the perfect space to unwind or enjoy a front-row view of the fun!
Level One brings everyone together with its open-concept floor plan that includes the Living Area, Dining Area and Kitchen. This level also features a half bath, laundry area, and access to the wraparound deck – ideal for enjoying the view and al fresco dining.

The house was perfect for our stay! The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the charming little community—it was beautiful with all the neighboring homes. The wraparound decks on the 2nd and 3rd levels were a highlight, offering plenty of seating whether we wanted quiet time alone or to gather as a group.We had 6 adults and 1 dog in our group, and the space fit us perfectly. The walk to the beach was short, but renting golf carts made it much easier to carry all our beach gear, so I’d recommend that. You can park the golf carts at the community pool. If you decide to walk the shorter parth is to the left. The pool was large and inviting, unfortunately, we didn’t end up using the game room. The weather was perfect while we were there. If we had bed weather we would probably played. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, large bowls, and most essentials, but one thing missing was a large pot—something that would be helpful for cooking pasta or corn on the cob for a group our size.For activities, we took a day trip to Cedar Island Ranch (about 1.5 hours away) for horseback riding, which was absolutely worth it, and also did the wild horse tour about 45 minutes away—highly recommend both!Overall, this vacation home was everything we hoped for and more. We’re already planning to come back next year!You cant go wrong booking this home.
