Speight House is a wonderful sound front getaway in Beaufort that has everything you will need! It boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This breathtaking beauty on the water has an observation deck, boat lift and dock, a small vessel boat ramp (for kayak or similar), and much more!
She is equipped with 3 flat-panel TVs that pair well with a Roku and DVD player - the perfect combo for a relaxing evening indoors after a day of soaking up the sun.
Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and TV. Bedrooms #2 & #3 each have a Queen bed and TV. Bedroom #4 has a Twin Bunk Bed.
Boat lift on premises is available for guest use for vessels up to 29 ft length and 10,000 lb weight (Tenants will need to complete the waiver before using the lift). NOTE: Small boat ramp on premises is available for launching small non-motorized craft such as kayaks or small sailboats. For your motorized crafts you will need to utilize the public Newport River Pier and Ramp located nearby.

All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise.
