Level One: Large open living area. Dining Area. Galley kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has King & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twins. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins.

Amenities Included: TVs, Stereo & CD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea. Public Beach Access is Located Directly to the Right of Property.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Everything was great, THE VIEW, location, comfort, clean, well stocked kitchen. ( the only thing I would change Two couches back to back one for the BEACH wave watchers, the other for the TV watchers and put two swivel recliners on each side ).
The ability to leave beach items on the small deck to the beach was so convenient.

Clean, spacious. Had most of the amenities that we look for in a vacation property. Would have liked a grill, but that wasn't the end of the world. Would love to come back again to this property.

This is our third time there. We choose this place for the beach view and access, and the reasonable price. The house location and orientation gives a nearly 180 degree, unobstructed view of the beach. The deck is great for both sun lovers and shade lovers; it has both sunny and shady places all day. We are two couples with the occasional adult child and spouse. There is enough room inside and every thing works for us.

The view from the house was amazing! We also loved that there was not a long walk to the beach through the sand. The deck/walkway were great at delivering you almost to the waters edge. The shower in the master bath was also great!

We loved its location to the beach. We have a 3 year old granddaughter and it was so easy to come and go from the beach to the house. We also loved the window facing the water, we enjoyed waking up in the morning and eating breakfast while watching the waves break. We totally enjoyed our vacation from the house to the beach to the fishing. We can't wait to come back next year.
