Queens Court 3303 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Angled Oceanview Condo. Located in Katherine¡s Court. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a private balcony with furniture. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed with Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin Bed and one Twin Bunk set. Full Bath in Hall.

Amenities Include: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 3 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!

New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.

PARKING INFORMATION:

● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

This is a nice vacation spot with a great view. It was priced right for the distance from the beach. The area is next to a public beach though and does get quite crowded.

This is the second year in a row that we rented this exact condo. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for us. We were glad to see that the furniture had been updated as well as the TVs (not that we watched it much, but the kids do) my only suggestion is to please make sure that there is a broom in the condo! It was very hard to keep the sand at bay and the vacuum cleaner didn't help much! Other than that, we love that condo and will rent again!

I actually lived in Queens Court condos thirty years ago and finally made it back! I wanted my vacation to coincide with the annual Beach Festival and Bluewater contacted the owner of the condo I stayed in to adjust the check in and check out dates to accommodate me attending the festival. I appreciate Bluewater 'going the extra mile' to make my vacation a blast...I will definitely deal with them again in the future!

Queens Court 3303 was clean, accommodating. My children were thrilled that they allowed us to use their internet (first time in 5 years at queens court someone gave out the password). We always love the pool there and the closeness of the ocean. It was a nice quiet relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful time. Enough room for all of us. So close to the beach and sitting out on the balcony and listening and watching the ocean was so relaxing. Will definitely go back and stay there.
