This unit was completely remodeled for the 2025 season with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new dry bar with cabinets and can refrigerator, new paint and LVP flooring throughout. The Living area has open Oceanfront decks providing incredible views. Kitchen / Bar with additional seating, microwave, and dishwasher. Master bedroom has open Oceanview deck, Queen bed and private bath with tiled shower. Bedroom #2 has a Queen, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath with tiled tub/shower. New living and dining room furniture.

Additional Amenities: Four flat screen smart TVs, small can refrigerator in dry bar area, central heat and air, washer and dryer in separate laundry room, ceiling fans, outside closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.

Why stay for a week when you can stay for a month or more! This property is available for monthly rentals during the off season.
Electric is included in the rental amount, the monthly cap varies based on the number of bedrooms.
1-2 Bedroom property: $150/month
3-5 Bedroom Property: $250/month
6 or more bedrooms: $375/month

Please Note: Oceanfront properties (with the exception of condominiums) cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st in an attempt to obtain weekly bookings. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).

This is our 4th year at Pebble Beach. We love it and cant wait until next year. A202 was the best so far. View was great, unit had lots of kitchen tools to you and the beach closet was open so we could use any beach toys we needed.

Pebble Beach A202 is a spacious, beautiful condo with fantastic views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom balconies. Close enough to hear and smell the ocean as well as a very short walk to the beach and outdoor pool. Great lodging, location and price!

I loved the layout of this rental. The master suite is separated from the other two bedrooms and the other two bedrooms can be closed off from the living area. The laundry room is convenient. The layout allowed us to have the feeling of being all together even when I was cooking dinner. I also had a view of the ocean while cooking dinner. I love this place.

This condo has some very recent updates. I didn't think I would like the carpet (most of the condos we've stayed in don't have carpet), but it was really nice to not be walking on sand all the time. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed. Both showers were very clean and seemed fairly new.
The only complaint we had was that the couch was not a sofa couch. Maybe I didn't read the description clean well enough.
The owner had closet full of useful things for the beach.

I loved the convience and the view the most. The rental has a large master bedroom with a good size bathroom on the ocean side. The two other bedrooms are on the other side of the rental and share their own bathroom. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors out to balconys. The laundry room is so convient being inside the rental, we just put all our dirty clothes in it and when it was full I would do a load. The location is just down the street from the Foodlion, which was a wonderful convience. The view is beautiful. We could see the pool if we wanted to look that way, or we could see the ocean if we looked that way--the ocean view was the most prevelant. As the mother, and the one who still has to do some cooking and laundry while on vacation, this was the best lay out I have ever experienced. While I was cooking, my family was right there enjoying themselves in the same room and I was enjoying their company. The stove is on the side of the kitchen that gave me a view of the ocean while I cooked. Perfect lay out. Beautiful view.
