Pebble Beach A-107 is an Oceanfront First Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades and restaurants.

The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a covered balcony with pool views and a small ocean peek. The Dining Area has ample seating for 8. The Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, icemaker & microwave. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and a covered balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a small balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a small balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. In-Unit Washer/Dryer. Wet Bar.

This condo is a first floor unit. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement. While viewing the photographs for this property, please note that some photos may be common views for complex and not the actual view from the unit. Since the ocean water temps aren't quite warm enough to spend days on the beach this time of year the indoor swimming pool at Pebble Beach was perfect for my young daughters during this visit. We also very much enjoyed the opportunity to explore many of the wonderful small towns and shops off of Emerald Isle that we normally don't do during our visits in the summer due to spending our days on the beach.

The unit was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with a great coffee maker. The first floor balcony had a limited view of the ocean through the dunes. It also had plenty of parking. It would have been helpful to have an additional security access card for entrance to the property. Only one security card was provided and we had two cars.

This condo is very well-kept, supplied, and freshly painted. It is as close to the beach as you can get, so taking things down to the beach is a breeze. The kitchen has everything you would need if you are doing lots of cooking or entertaining. Highly recommended!

This unit was furnished very nicely and I loved the artwork. Had more of an ocean view than I expected for a first floor unit. Was very close to pool and walk way to the beach and the pool noise was not a problem as my husband had feared. My grown sons and partners also said they loved the condo. We had a wonderful time and would rent this unit again. By the way-the televisions have been upgraded to flat screen in the living room and two bedrooms....other bedroom had no tv, but was not a problem for us.

This is our 6th year staying at Pebble Beach condos, the 5th renting with Bluewater. We keep coming back due to the ease of renting, the location of the condos, and the beautiful beach!

We have stayed at this unit twice before and love it. It is so convenient to get to the beach and pool. The kitchen is well-stocked and has more than everything you need. Very nice condo and we plan to return again! We were thrilled to be able to get three parking passes this year since we always have three cars and the two passes have been a HUGE issue for us in previous years. Thanks to whoever made this change in parking policy possible!

This propert was great!!! It was clean updated and close to the beach. It's a gated community so that's nice, also a family place so no rif-raf to worry about! Close to acctivities for the family and close to stores. I give the place a 5.0!!

This home was neat and clean. We loved that it was so close to everything, stores, family activities, places to eat, and most importantly the beach. The wifi was terrible would work and then suddenly stop. What was more frustrating was the lack of customer support when seeking help for this problem no one called us back.

The condo was terrific. Although you can only see a tiny slice of the ocean, because of the protective dune, the location was very convenient. Only a short flight of stairs straight to your door (a first-floor condo), and a few steps to the oceanside pool, charcoal grills, and the ocean. What's more, Pebble Beach is within walking distance to a convenience store and beach outfitter stores. The main drag, with Food Lion grocery store, movie theater, mini-golf, hardware store, and other amenities, is a 5- to 10-minute bike ride away. EI boasts a terrific bike path of several miles. The condo layout is very convenient. Living room furniture very comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable. Place was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well-appointed, with great chef's knives (important for good cooks!), a blender, assorted pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, shrimp de-veiners, cutting boards, colanders, lots of glasses, wineglasses, plastic cups (pool doesn't allow glass), plenty of dishes and silverware, etc. Fridge worked well and made good ice for us. Full-sized washer and dryer. Bathroom fixtures show their age and the result of hard water at the beach, but they work fine. TVs are old tube-type (not flat screen), but work fine. Main drawback is if you like or need fast Internet service, you might be dissatisfied. Internet was slow or would cut off sporadically while we were there.
