This Oceanfront Home offers 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. Enjoy the comfortable living area with Atlantic Ocean views as well as a Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming apps. Note - there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area, linens are not included but can be for an additional fee. Prepare a family meal with the Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Stove/Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Have family meal time at the dining area.
Step outside and enjoy the sun and sea from the oceanfront deck with furniture or use the private beach access to step onto the sandy shore.
Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, while Bedroom #3 provides 2 Twin Bunk Sets. Living Area Queen Sleeper Sofa - note: linens are not included but can be for an additional fee.
Amenities: 3 Smart TVs, Wireless High Speed Internet; Interior Washer/Dryer; HVAC, Ceiling Fans; Oceanfront Open Deck with Furniture, Streetside Balcony, Charcoal Grill.
Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Note - Linens for the Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area are not provided but can be for an additional fee.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with $75 + Tax Pet Fee per Dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
