Ocean Reef 14-A1 is a First Floor Almost Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex Ocean Reef and features views of the ocean and a private covered outdoor deck with deck furniture!

Total Bed Count: 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT provided for Queen Sleeper Sofa).

Amenities Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Interior Washer and Dryer, Covered Deck with Deck Furniture, Outdoor Decks.

The Ocean Reef Community is situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, large swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access!

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up gate cards.

We loved this unit! Everything was well cared for and very clean, and there were no surprises. The proximity to the beach is great - so easy to navigate. Since it’s a managed property, the kitchen equipment is a little sparse, so bring what you might need beyond the basics. No complaints tho!!
TVs are all web-TV without local cable watching options. You can’t add apps that haven’t already been downloaded to the living room TV. It’s a little inconvenient, so if that matters to you, be prepared.
We were kinda doofuses and didn’t realize the entrance was around the back - it was late and dark when we arrived, and we called the after-hours number after struggling with the keypad on the garage (bc we thought that was the entrance). I would recommend Bluewater update the arrival instructions accordingly, to go around the back to get up to the unit. They responded quickly, and were so kind about it - so, all great!

We feeld like home when staying at Bluewater Vacation rentals, place was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. We enjoyed beach, pool, and spending time on the balcony with breeze from the ocean. At one moment AC stopped working at 10 pm evening, and we expected tough night ahead. But the maintenance team reacted promptly, arrived in half an hour and fixed the problem, great job and it looked like miracle!
We like overall very efficient organization of rental process and enjoyed our vacation very much.

This property delivers in every way! Close proximity to the beach , pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, with nice views of the ocean and sound from the extensive and accessible deck surrounding the condo. It is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished; stocked with everything we needed. The gated community is quiet, family friendly and well maintained. This property is as close to perfect as it gets! We loved our stay and plan to return!
