Oceanfront Properties (excluding condos) -Â Oceanfront non-condo properties cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st to allow priority for weekly booking availability. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September may be booked prior to August 1st.
